Our standard turnaround time is 3-5 business days. Your expected ship by date is listed on your receipt.

First we will need pictures of the damage. We will file a claim with the post office and get a replacement in the mail as quickly as possible. (Most of the time, same day)
We will need a picture of your order and your invoice. There should also be an initialed note in your order. We need a pic of those initials so we can identify the sales associate that processed your order. We will ship our corrected or missing items as quickly as possible. (most of the time same day)

Due to the custom nature of our work we do not accept returns or cancellations once orders are placed. Due to the differences in monitors and computers prints may vary slightly from image on computer screen. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT PRINTED IMAGES HAVE A CERTAIN LEVEL OF PIXELATION (OR BLUR LEVEL) AND IS NEVER IN HD PHOTO QUALITY DUE TO FILE SIZE.
However we do correct any issues with orders, such as defects.
